Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Estill Springs, TN

This contract position offers the flexibility of part-time or full-time hours, working onsite with a manageable caseload of about 30 students. Your responsibilities will focus on providing high-quality speech-language therapy, developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), collaborating with teachers and parents, and monitoring student progress. You’ll be working closely with a supportive school team and will have access to all the resources you need to help your students thrive.
Desired skills and qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure as required for practicing in schools
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for working with young children in educational settings
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments for PreK-5 students
- Designing and delivering therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and offering consultative support to staff and families
- Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with all required reporting
