Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Arlington, Tennessee

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (open to Clinical Fellows and SLPAs)
- Active SLP or SLPA state licensure, or eligibility to obtain
- Experience with pediatric populations in healthcare or educational settings
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and progress documentation skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with excellent communication
- Flexibility to provide therapy in both school and clinical environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for K-8 students
- Deliver speech and language therapy sessions in schools (1–2 days/week) and in the clinic by appointment
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student growth
- Maintain detailed records of progress and adapt strategies as needed
- Contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary team focused on each child’s unique needs
