Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Germantown, TN

What you’ll need:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLPA
- ASHA Certification or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered
- Experience with K-8 students in school and/or clinic settings
- Proven ability to assess, diagnose, and develop therapy plans for pediatric clients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators and families
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized education and therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs
- Provide therapy sessions in both school (1-2 days/week) and clinic environments
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student progress
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports
