Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license; out-of-state SLPs are encouraged to apply if eligible and willing to obtain California licensure
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
- Strong understanding of early childhood language and communication development
- Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities
- Commitment to working fully onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language services to students in PreK and Kindergarten
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough records and documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
- Communicate progress and strategies with caregivers and school staff to support student success
