Required Qualifications:
- Valid Texas Speech Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children, preferably across both elementary and middle school grades
- Strong assessment, intervention, and collaboration skills
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to the development of students’ communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a dynamic caseload spanning elementary and middle school students with diverse speech and language needs
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with school guidelines
- Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups, adapting methods for maximum student engagement and success
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with special education teams, teachers, and families
