School Speech Language Pathologist - Englewood, Colorado

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid SLP-CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Current state licensure in Colorado (or eligibility)
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, especially grades K-10, is highly desirable
- Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy to K-10 students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support each child’s success
- Monitor and document progress, maintaining accurate records in line with school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Adapt therapy techniques to diverse learning styles and student backgrounds
