Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Enfield, CT

This full-time role, based near Enfield, CT, offers a consistent weekday schedule from 8:15am to 3:45pm with a 30-minute unpaid break. You will join an experienced team working collaboratively to foster student growth and success.
Your responsibilities will include providing direct speech-language services, conducting evaluations and testing, participating in PPT meetings, and maintaining thorough records. The caseload comprises students primarily with mild to moderate disabilities, expressive language weaknesses, and fluency challenges—a small number present with more significant needs or LLD. The district is open to considering hybrid onsite/remote arrangements for the right candidate, ensuring flexibility where possible.
What You’ll Bring:
- Active SLP license in the state of Connecticut (required)
- CCC or CFY candidates encouraged; clinical fellowship supervision available
- Experience working with school-aged children
- Strong skills in evaluation, treatment, and documentation
- Commitment to collaborative, student-centered practices
- Comfort with technology for teletherapy if needed
- Ability to participate in IEP/PPT meetings and team planning
