Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license or eligibility in Connecticut
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
  • School-based or pediatric therapy experience preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities
  • Commitment to supporting student growth in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver both direct and consultative SLP services
  • Maintain accurate records and document student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support strategies
