Qualifications:
- Current and valid SLP - CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential.
- Relevant licensure for Wisconsin practice as a school-based SLP.
- Demonstrated experience providing speech-language services in elementary school settings.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to create and track individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Familiarity with school-based documentation requirements and student progress monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy to a diverse elementary caseload.
- Assess students using appropriate evaluation tools and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication needs and academic success.
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute professional insights, and advocate for effective service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and compliance documentation.
