Speech Language Pathologist in Washburn, WI

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active or eligible for state licensure as an SLP
- Either Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for facilitating student growth and engagement
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students according to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to build effective support plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
