Speech Language Pathologist in Elk River, MN

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Minnesota SLP license required (please provide proof with your application)
- SLP-CCC certification strongly preferred
- Previous experience in school-based settings desirable
- Competence in conducting assessments, writing goals, and generating progress reports
- Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 40-50 students
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for working with students in both elementary and secondary grades
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions
- Complete thorough evaluations and eligibility reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Document student progress accurately and efficiently
- Attend and contribute to staff and IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to maximize student success
- Work onsite in accordance with district requirements
