School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Big Lake, Minnesota

In this full-time position (37.5 hours per week), you will work primarily with elementary-aged children, with a smaller portion of your caseload consisting of secondary students. Your expertise in delivering personalized therapy, conducting comprehensive evaluations, and participating in school-based meetings will empower students as you address a range of speech and language needs.
Your Qualifications:
- Current and active Minnesota SLP license (please be prepared to provide verification)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience working within a school-based setting preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and school documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Complete evaluations and re-evaluations; contribute to assessment teams
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff
- Maintain detailed records and comply with all school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates
This role is fully onsite and will serve a caseload of approximately 40-50 students. The position is based conveniently near Big Lake, offering you the chance to build lasting professional relationships in a welcoming community. Should in-person candidates not be available, there may be a possibility for virtual work in the future.
