Make an impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist through a rewarding school-based contract opportunity beginning this August and extending through early June 2027. This full-time role offers the chance to work closely with elementary students, while also supporting some secondary students, managing a caseload of 40–50 learners.

You’ll be a valued member of a collaborative school team, delivering essential SLP services—namely therapy, conducting evaluations, and participating in multidisciplinary meetings. As an onsite professional, you’ll provide direct support, helping students achieve their communication goals within an inclusive, supportive educational environment.

Key Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current and active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license (please be prepared to submit a screenshot or copy with your application)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience in school settings preferred
  • Skilled in providing therapy, completing evaluations, and documenting services
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Capable of managing a caseload of 40–50 students across elementary and some secondary levels
  • Commitment to onsite work throughout the contract period

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students as specified in their individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports
  • Communicate regularly with teachers and caregivers regarding student progress
