Key Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota SLP license required (please have documentation ready to submit)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort with an onsite setting (virtual or hybrid options may be considered only if in-person cannot be filled)
- Ability to support diverse student needs and maintain detailed progress records
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging speech-language therapy to elementary and some secondary students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Foster positive relationships, supporting student growth and confidence
