Speech Language Pathologist in Buffalo, MN

Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota SLP license (please be ready to provide a copy or screenshot during the application process)
- SLP-CCC certification required
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with both elementary and secondary age groups
- Strong skills in therapy planning, evaluation, and participating in IEP/eligibility meetings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for a diverse student population
- Perform evaluations to determine student needs and progress
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and coordinate with educators and parents
- Document interventions and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
