Pediatric Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Elk Grove Village, IL

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Recent experience working with pediatric populations, especially within schools
- Strong evaluation, therapy planning, and documentation skills
- Effective communicator who works well in multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation, following all compliance standards
- Provide direct, goal-oriented therapy in group and individual settings
- Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and ongoing professional development
