- Active California SLP license
- Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy (preferred)
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students in kindergarten through 12th grade
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
- Develop comprehensive Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and document student progress
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions based on student needs
- Engage caregivers in the therapeutic process to support growth outside of the classroom
Position Details:
- Contract role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Immediate start, extending through the end of the school year
- Work with a diverse K-12 student population, helping to cultivate communication skills that last a lifetime
