Qualifications:
- Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in California
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Comfortable working with diverse caseloads, K-12
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually or in groups
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations for speech/language impairments
- Develop and document individualized goals in compliance with IEP requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding student needs and goals
