What you’ll bring to the role:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
- Previous experience working with school-aged populations, ideally within diverse communities
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teamwork
As part of your responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and implement treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and administer individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with staff and families
- Provide direct therapy sessions and track student progress toward established goals
- Conduct assessments and generate reports consistent with educational standards
- Serve as a resource for parents, teachers, and administrators regarding speech and language needs
