Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, addressing individualized education plan (IEP) goals and supporting communication needs
  • Perform assessments and evaluations to determine student requirements and progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive, tailored interventions
  • Maintain accurate documentation on student progress, session notes, and compliance needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to professional development, and offer consultative support to staff as needed
  • Adapt materials and strategies to meet culturally and linguistically diverse needs
