Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, addressing individualized education plan (IEP) goals and supporting communication needs
- Perform assessments and evaluations to determine student requirements and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive, tailored interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation on student progress, session notes, and compliance needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to professional development, and offer consultative support to staff as needed
