Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Elgin, Illinois

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold (or eligible for) SLP-CCC or CFY status
- Previous experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school settings
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for school-based practice
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative mindset and flexibility
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to elementary students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff
- Track and document student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for students
