NOW HIRING: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologists (Spanish-speaking) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to support students in school-based settings while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.
The selected clinicians will provide speech-language services, conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings as part of a comprehensive special education team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements.
- Support bilingual Spanish-speaking students and families as needed.
Qualifications Required
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language endorsement.
- Illinois State Speech-Language Pathology License (IDFPR).
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
Preferred
- Previous school-based experience.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
