What you’ll bring to the table:
- Active Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Prior experience or proven ability to work with school-aged populations
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a full-time virtual caseload (37.5 hours/week)
Key responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students, collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and support the creation or revision of individual education plans
- Complete all documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and legal requirements
- Utilize virtual therapy tools to engage students and track progress toward goals
- Adhere to privacy, compliance, and best practice standards in a remote setting
