Ideal candidates will have:
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology Licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience working in school settings
- Strong teletherapy skills and comfort with virtual platforms
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload (37.5 hours per week)
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments virtually
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Delivering direct therapy services to K-12 students in alignment with their goals
- Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
