Desired Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid ASHA CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) — supervision provided for new grads
- Familiarity with school-based case management and IEP documentation
- Experience with pediatric populations, either in schools or healthcare settings
- Comfort with delivering services via teletherapy, if needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for helping students overcome communication challenges
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for K-8 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Adapt therapy techniques for both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) settings, as needed
- Participate in school meetings and provide input for student support planning
