This contract position offers an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist role based in Carver County, MN, starting February 9, 2026, and continuing through June 5, 2026. The assignment is approximately 0.7 full-time equivalent (FTE), roughly 26 hours per week, with potential to increase. The position involves providing support to reduce caseloads and cover maternity leave responsibilities within a local school district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students within the school setting.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports consistent with district guidelines.
- Support efforts to alleviate high caseload demands to enhance service quality.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Minnesota SLP license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working in school settings.
- Ability to work approximately 0.7 FTE with opportunity for growth.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
