Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
  • Active Pennsylvania SLP license and necessary clearances
  • Experience with pediatric populations, particularly early childhood, highly valued
  • CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) encouraged
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong clinical skills considered

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for preschool-aged students, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver targeted speech-language therapy tailored to developmental levels and unique student needs
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal documentation and reporting requirements
  • Provide consultation and support to teachers and families, fostering communication skill development across school and home settings
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed throughout the school year
