Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous experience working with early elementary and PreK populations preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, focusing on communication, articulation, and language development
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations in accordance with IEP guidelines
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students, ensuring individualized support for each child
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student progress and outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development and implementation
- Maintain accurate records and documentation consistent with school and district policies
