School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Centreville, Maryland

You’ll collaborate with educators and families to deliver direct therapy, manage assessments, and oversee case management for a caseload of approximately 50 students. This full-time school assignment is structured as a 7-hour day, offering the chance to build strong, lasting relationships while supporting student achievement.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong assessment, IEP, and case management skills
- Comfortable with PreK-2nd grade populations
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse caseload
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide consultative support to teachers and families
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
