This contract opportunity spans from October 1 through December 31, with a full-time, 35-hour workweek, all at a single K-2 campus. Key Qualifications:
- Current, valid SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience in school-based SLP settings highly valued
- Ability to write and update IEPs, lead student assessments, and participate in team meetings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ready to start promptly following a successful virtual interview
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K-2 students at one elementary site
- Conduct thorough student evaluations and assessments
- Develop, implement, and revise Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed
- Attend and contribute to team meetings, collaborating with staff and caregivers
- Provide comprehensive documentation and maintain compliance with all relevant guidelines
- Engage in administrative tasks and be compensated for every hour worked within the contract
