School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Stamford, Connecticut

Qualifications:
- Current state licensure or certificate (SLP-CCC, SLP, or SLPA) required
- Experience working with K-12 or transition-age students is valued
- Ability to plan and implement individualized therapy for diverse learners
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Supervisory support for SLPA candidates provided
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech/language therapy to a caseload of students ages 6-22
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with educators and families to support student progress
- Maintain compliant documentation and progress reports
- Contribute to a positive, student-focused school environment
- Participate in team meetings as needed
