Caseload & Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students and early childhood learners
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals
- Maintain compliance with IEP documentation and service requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success through evidence-based interventions
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication needs
Qualifications Required
- Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Active New Jersey Department of Education (NJ DOE) Certification
- Eligibility to work in school-based settings in New Jersey
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Preferred
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience
- Experience working with elementary and early childhood populations
- Familiarity with IEP processes and multidisciplinary teams
