A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available for the upcoming academic year, serving students in the 4K-5th grade range. This full-time contract role offers the chance to positively impact communication and learning for a caseload of approximately 25-40 students, working across one or two school sites for the 2026-2027 school year.
Candidates with a passion for fostering student growth in a supportive educational environment will thrive in this setting. Both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and those with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Holds a Wisconsin Educator Certification
- Master’s degree in Communicative Disorders or a related field
- School-based SLP experience preferred, but recent graduates and CFYs are welcome
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and deliver speech and language therapy to students aged 4K through 5th grade
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress
- Communicate clearly with teachers, staff, and families regarding student goals and achievements
- Serve 1-2 school sites, ensuring flexible support across locations as needed
