Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility required
- Experience providing SLP services within elementary, middle, and/or high school settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with students, staff, and families
- Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
- Familiarity with IEP processes and required documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations for students of varying ages
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans to address student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff to ensure holistic student support
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families as appropriate
