Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Teletherapy experience is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable adapting assessment and therapy approaches for varying student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy services individually and in small groups onsite
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain up-to-date and compliant documentation on student progress
- Participate in case conferences and student intervention meetings as needed
- Utilize digital tools for teletherapy as required
