Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid SLP license for Iowa or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will be considered
- Pediatric and school-based experience highly valued
- Teletherapy skills a plus
- Passion for supporting K-12 students’ communication and learning
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with diverse speech-language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
- Document student progress and maintain clear records
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Utilize teletherapy tools and techniques when required
