Key qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP-CCC and state licensure

- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and adapt to varying student needs
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to K-12 students within a center-based program
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Effectively manage a caseload that includes students exhibiting aggressive behaviors, with access to appropriate resources and assistance
- Create and update individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with school, district, and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress
- Document and track student performance and therapy outcomes
