Key Qualifications:
- Valid credentials in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or eligible for school certification)
- Experience working in PK-12th grade educational settings preferred
- Proficiency providing both direct and indirect speech therapy services
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and in-person interventions
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy for students across all grade levels
- Develop and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support student success
- Provide both direct and indirect services, maintaining compliance with service hours and school guidelines
- Utilize teletherapy to increase service flexibility as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely records and progress reports in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and support staff regarding student progress and strategies
