Qualifications:
- Hold a valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with students in grades K–12
- Strong collaboration skills to work with educational staff, parents, and students
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Ability to adapt communication approaches for diverse learning needs
- Organizational skills for managing caseloads and documentation requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy sessions across K–12 grade levels
- Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and session notes
- Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and consult on best practices for supporting language development
- Educate and coach school staff on techniques to enhance classroom communication
