Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience within a K-5 or school environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to independently manage caseload and documentation
- Commitment to timely responses and clear communication with teams and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language and communication assessments for K-5 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions to address a range of communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and meet all compliance and reporting requirements
- Participate actively in team meetings and ongoing professional development
As a valued contract SLP, you will work Monday through Friday (8:00 am – 4:00 pm) during the school year, with a manageable and focused caseload that supports meaningful student connection and progress.
