Key Qualifications:
- Active Michigan SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred
- Professional experience within a school setting
- Expertise in pediatrics, teletherapy, and healthcare SLP practices is valuable
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates with relevant background
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy, evaluations, and interventions for middle school students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support individual education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation according to school and state guidelines
- Engage creatively to motivate and encourage students to communicate more effectively
- Participate in school-based meetings and multidisciplinary teams as needed
