Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Michigan license as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Prior experience working in a school setting
- Background in pediatric or adolescent speech therapy; teletherapy experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans for 6th-8th grade students
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy onsite in a supportive school environment
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and families
- Participate in case conferences and contribute insight for each student’s educational progress
- Deliver services with flexibility and creativity, adapting therapy to student needs and learning modalities
