Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Canton, Michigan

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Michigan SLP license is required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Experience in schools, pediatric populations, or educational healthcare settings preferred
- Ability to effectively serve students across preschool, elementary, and middle school ages
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment and therapy to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain clear documentation and data tracking in compliance with school and state standards
- Consult and educate school staff regarding communication strategies and interventions
- Attend meetings and provide input on IEP development and student supports
