Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Sterling Heights, Michigan

Position Qualifications:
- Current Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatric populations in school, early intervention, or healthcare settings is an asset
- Previous work with middle school students is preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for facilitating student growth in school-based environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy services in group and one-on-one sessions
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Partner with teachers, staff, and families to support comprehensive student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
