Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to develop tailored treatment plans
- Document progress and maintain thorough records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to support students’ individualized goals
- Provide direct therapy services, both one-on-one and in small group settings
- Offer consultation and training to school staff when appropriate
