What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License with SLP endorsement
- Valid Illinois SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Experience supporting diverse student populations, ideally within a school setting
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group therapy sessions to students of varying ages and caseloads, determined by school assignments
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver targeted interventions to address communication, speech, and language needs
- Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure integrated support across multiple campuses as assigned
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall success of students through data-driven decision making
