What We’re Looking For:
- Current IL SLP License
- PEL (Professional Educator License) with Speech Endorsement
- Strong expertise in pediatric speech and language disorders
- Experience or interest in school-based settings
- Ability to manage a 35–37.5 hours per week schedule
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of best practices in teletherapy considered a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
- Monitor, document, and report on student outcomes and therapeutic interventions
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
- Support students in achieving academic, behavioral, and social success
