Key Responsibilities:
- Serve a caseload of 25-45 students, providing both assessment and intervention services
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs for students with a range of speech and language needs
- Partner with educators, administrators, and parents to facilitate communication success in the classroom
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal mandates
- Participate in scheduled Professional Development days alongside school staff to stay current in best practices
