What You’ll Bring:
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience providing SLP services in a school setting, including both elementary and PreK populations
- Ability to effectively manage a caseload of approximately 40 students with mild to moderate needs
- Commitment to delivering high-quality therapy and communication with stakeholders
- Flexibility and initiative to assist with compensatory services upon the regular SLP’s return
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in an elementary setting, with some services for PreK children
- Fully manage the caseload, ensuring continuity of care and maintaining thorough documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student achievement and engagement
- Implement IEP goals and support compensatory sessions as needed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to problem-solving for student needs
