School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Denton, Maryland

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Maryland SLP license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Maryland school-based experience highly valued
- Comfortable working onsite and traveling between multiple school sites
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Dedicated to serving a range of student abilities, including those in self-contained settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students based on IEPs
- Perform evaluations, maintain documentation, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with general and special education staff, families, and administrators
- Travel to multiple district schools as needed
- Support students with a variety of communication challenges in both mainstream and specialized classrooms
- Complete all required reports, progress notes, and compliance paperwork
