Committed to fostering student success, the district welcomes both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFs) by providing supervision as needed. Please note, support is not available for SLPAs or virtual placements at this time.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Florida SLP license required
- Eligible for ASHA CCC or actively completing CFY, with district supervision provided for CF candidates
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations in school settings
Position Details:
- Contract runs from August 4, 2026 to May 28, 2027
- Part-time openings across multiple school sites; please specify preferred location(s) when applying
- Schedule is 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to school-age students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and relevant professional development sessions
